تحكم هذه القواعد سوق وحدات معالجة الرسوميات الفورية لمراكز البيانات — ما يمكن إدراجه، ومن يدفع ماذا، وكيف تُسوَّى النزاعات.

Spot only

Every listing must be physical stock available for inspection or shipment within 7 days. Futures, in-transit goods, pre-orders and paper positions are not accepted.

TKX does not hold your money

TKX is a broker, not a payment institution. Funds move directly between the buyer's and seller's corporate accounts or through their banks. TKX verifies payment evidence, inspection records and SN manifests, and rules on disputes. Any page or person claiming TKX will custody your payment is not TKX.

Human review, every listing

Listings, requests and quotes are reviewed by a person before publication. False stock, empty quotes and manipulative bids cost the account its posting rights.

SN is the record of title

Serial numbers are the sole hardware identity of record. Buyers must record an unbroken unboxing or on-site inspection video. Where delivered SNs do not match the manifest, arbitration favours the buyer.

Inspection window

Buyers have 72 hours from arrival or on-site handover to accept or raise a dispute. Silence past the window counts as acceptance.

Evidence ranking in arbitration

SN match, then unboxing or on-site video, then the written listing or quote, then platform chat records, then benchmark screenshots.

Fee schedule

Paid by the buyer, on top of the goods payment: below CNY 10m — 1.20%; CNY 10m to 50m — 0.90%; CNY 50m and above — 0.60%. Long-term contracted buyers may be configured down to a 0.40% floor. The fee covers source verification, evidence retention and dispute arbitration.

تعتبر TKX طرازات H100 وH200 وB300 وB200 وA100 وA800 وH800 وL40S وبطاقات المستهلك عالية الأداء حاملةً لتصنيفات الرقابة الأمريكية على الصادرات. الوجود على قائمة رقابية ليس حظرًا على التداول: فـ TKX سوق عالمية ولا تفرض قيودًا افتراضية على هذه الطرازات. القيد يرتبط بمسار الصفقة لا بالطراز — فعندما تتجه الصفقة إلى ولاية قضائية مقيّدة، تكتفي TKX بنشر الأسعار وتمرير الاستفسارات: بلا ضمان، وبلا عمولة، ودون تقديم نفسها كمنظِّم للتوريد. وتقع تراخيص التصدير والجمارك والاستخدام النهائي على عاتق طرفَي الصفقة. هذه قراءة للقواعد العامة لم يراجعها محامٍ ولا تُعد استشارة قانونية. لا تتحقق TKX من الوجهة النهائية أو الاستخدام النهائي لأي صفقة؛ وعلى الأطراف التأكد بأنفسهم من امتثال صفقتهم لجميع قواعد الرقابة على الصادرات السارية.
