TKX-SPI sigue los precios por tarjeta ya liquidados. Permanece vacío hasta que existan operaciones reales: un precio de oferta no es una operación.
Why is this empty? An index of settled prices needs settled trades. TKX publishes a model's SPI only once at least 3 verified deals exist for it, with methodology version and constituents open for third-party recomputation — the same discipline as TTPI. Until then this reads Collecting, not an estimate.
