Posting, review & relay
TKX publishes structured intents (a listing, a request, a project) and relays messages between the two sides. It never publishes contact details, never negotiates for you and never touches money. This page is the complete rulebook of that path.

The path
- Describe — one line to the assistant. It asks only for fields that are missing; it never invents a spec you did not state. The form mirror shows exactly what will be submitted.
- Attach (optional) — up to 6 photos. EXIF is stripped on upload; QR codes and contact details in the image are detected and flagged. Originals are seen only by reviewers; a counterparty may see an approved photo inside a relayed conversation, never on the public board.
- Submit — sign in inside the conversation if you have not yet. The intent lands in the review queue with a machine pre-check (compliance wording, completeness, duplicates, photo flags).
- Review — a human approves or rejects with a reason; you get an email either way. Publishers skip this step by design, not by luck.
- Live — approved intents appear on the board within minutes and stay for 30 days. Re-activation is a real signal (you still mean it), so it goes through review again.
- Relay — a counterparty writes to you through TKX. Neither side sees the other's identity; contact details in messages are blocked. Each side reveals itself by its own choice — TKX never reveals anyone. The poster can close a conversation for good.

Rejected? The reason is in your email and under My account → positions. Fix and resubmit; nothing is held against the account.
Never published, never done
- Contact details, in any field, in any language, in any image.
- Prices you did not state, defaults the assistant "assumed", or any number not present in your own words or the board's measured data.
- Amounts outside their labelled containers (closed rounds / self-reported raises) — bare amounts are dropped and you are told so.
- Escrow, payment collection, success fees, price negotiation on your behalf, investment advice. TKX relays; it does not broker.
Boards
Each board is a code-defined vertical with its own required fields, matching weights and compliance gates, approved by a named person before it goes live. Machine-readable field schemas are published under /docs/schema/{board}.{offer|seek}.json.
