Private AI valuations

Valuations are published by named institutional nodes — TKX does not measure them. Private secondary prices are not public by definition, so credibility here comes from attribution and track record, not recomputability. Multiple nodes give a range, never a single "average". Never mixed into any TKX index.
Nodes

Institutions that publish under their own name. Calibration = median absolute deviation of that node's past valuations from the funding rounds those companies later announced. Under 3 samples it stays "collecting" — we do not show a precise-looking score built on nothing.
Secondary interest

Posted by nodes only, and carrying no price, size or discount. TKX is a publishing venue and index, not an intermediary — it contacts no shareholder or investor, quotes nothing, brokers nothing and takes no fee. Enquiries are relayed to the posting node.
Listings are submitted by the companies themselves and human-reviewed before appearing. Amounts appear only for closed rounds and are self-reported — TKX does not verify them. Each listing stays live for 30 days; the issuer must re-activate it. TKX handles no funds, brokers no transactions and takes no success fee.i
