Share of companies, per country and layer, for which TKX found no public record of a funding round, amount, post-money valuation or lead investor. Every "unknown" carries the list of sources we checked. High numbers are honest, not broken.
Company records are compiled from public sources — company announcements, regulatory filings, named press reports and Wikidata — each fact linked to the page it was read from. Figures reported by media and not confirmed by the company are labelled as such. Valuations published by named nodes appear as ranges; TKX never derives or averages a valuation; the per-layer ranking is an AI-generated ordering of those published figures, not a TKX valuation. TKX handles no funds, brokers no transactions, gives no investment advice.
