By using tkx.org, its data API or the TKX Agent you agree to these terms. They are short because the service is simple: we publish measured data and relay information between parties. We do not trade, hold funds or advise.
The service
TKX publishes price indices, rankings, company data and market information about AI tokens, models and compute; provides a public data API; hosts information boards where verified businesses post supply, demand and project information; and offers an AI assistant, the TKX Agent. Availability is not guaranteed and features may change.
Using TKX data
TKX data is free to use with attribution: any surface that displays it must credit TKX with a visible link to tkx.org, and redistributed rows must keep their evidence tags. Do not relabel measured or self-reported figures as anything other than what the tag says. Commercial, bulk and index-licensing use is available on request. Full terms:
No advice, no offer
Everything on TKX is information, not advice. Prices are snapshots at the time shown; rankings are computed from public data by published methods and may contain errors; valuations and funding figures are as disclosed by their sources. Nothing here is an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset, security, token or hardware. Verify independently before acting.
AI-generated content
Company rankings and Agent replies are generated by AI from public data and are labelled as such. They can be wrong or incomplete. Report errors to us: we correct them, but accept no liability for decisions based on them.
Accounts
You must give accurate registration details and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that submit false information, abuse the service or break the law.
Marketplace and relays
- TKX is an information and intermediary platform. It is never a party to any transaction and never holds, receives or transfers funds. Money moves directly between the buyer's and the seller's own accounts.
- Listings, requests and project information are submitted by verified businesses and reviewed by TKX for form and compliance, but their content is the submitter's own statement. TKX does not guarantee it.
- Certain hardware is subject to export controls. For such items TKX provides information and relays enquiries only; it offers no escrow, guarantee or commission brokerage. Delivery regions are restricted as stated in the rules.
- You alone are responsible for the legality of your transactions, including export-control, sanctions, tax and licensing obligations in every relevant jurisdiction.

Acceptable use
Do not submit false, misleading or unlawful content; do not impersonate others; do not attempt to access other users' data or our internal systems; do not scrape at a rate that degrades the service — the API exists so you never need to. Content promoting unlawful or speculative financial schemes is removed.
Content you submit
You keep ownership of what you submit and grant TKX a non-exclusive right to display, aggregate and relay it as part of the service. You warrant that it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Contact details you provide are relayed to counterparties by TKX, not published.
Intellectual property
The TKX name, logo, methodology texts and site design belong to TKX. Data is licensed under the attribution terms above. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners and appear for identification only.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a purpose. To the extent permitted by law, TKX is not liable for indirect, consequential or trading losses arising from use of the site, the data or the Agent. For free use, TKX's total liability is limited to zero; for paid services, to the fees you paid in the preceding twelve months.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the effective date at the top changes when we do, and continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes go to the courts of Singapore unless mandatory law where you live provides otherwise.
